HOW DO I KNOW IF MY VOUCHER/GIFT CARD HAS BEEN APPLIED?

Yay! Vouchers are the best. 

At checkout please:

• Enter the voucher number in the ‘Enter Gift Card Number'
• Enter the pin number in the 'Enter Pin Number' 
• Click ‘APPLY’ to redeem. 
• Message appears underneath, ldquo;$20.00 has been discounted from your order".

As vouchers are classed as a payment term the amount of the voucher will not reduce the total value of your order.

However, once you submit the order you will be provided a breakdown of the voucher amount and what has been debited from your credit card (value of the order minus the voucher amount).

WHY WON'T MY ORDER CHECK OUT?

In your haste to secure your purchase with us, there is a chance you may have missed filling out a detail or two! Ensure that all of your details are correct in your 'My Account' Tab including full address. Simply;


• Log in and click on your name at the top of the page
• This will go to the 'My Account' page
• Go through each of the headings and ensure all of your information is completed and correct.
• If any of this information is not completed it will not allow you to check out.

DOES MY SHOPPING BAG SECURE MY ITEMS ?

Unfortnuately, we can't guarantee your selected product will stick around as long as you wish (you wouldn't leave your shopping bag in a store!), and discount offers will cease at their stated expiry date. To avoid dissapointment, try to purchase as soon as you are able, especially on limited edition items and sale offers.

WHAT IS MY SHOPPING BAG?

Your shopping bag lets you review all the items you have added for purchase. Click "My Bag" at the top right of the page to view your selected items.

HOW DO I SEARCH FOR SOMETHING ON JAG? 

The easiest way is to browse the categories on the top menu, or simply search directly via the search box in the top right of the site. Search examples include products like “jeans”, “shirts” and “pants”. You can also use style codes which can be found on product swing tags in store.

CAN I ORDER BY PHONE?

Of course! Just find your nearest retail store and call directly, noting the product style number, colour and size of item you wish to purchase. Click here to find your nearest store

WHERE'S MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

Didn't receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes of ordering? Checked your junk folder? You may have incorrectly entered your email address. You can check your Order History tab and check the order number here. If you have no record of the purchase there is a high chance it has not gone through successfully. If you are still unsure, you may wish to check your bank statement for the charge.

I DON'T UNDERSTAND MY INVOICE

Your invoice will confirm what you have purchased, the total cost of your items including delivery, and your order number.
