WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY PARCEL TO ARRIVE?

For domestic orders please allow up to 3-7 business days for Standard Shipping, and 1-3 business days (Metro areas only) for Express Shipping Please make allowances for a later delivery during peak season including the festive period, if over 5 days.

International orders will arrive between 7 and 14 working days after being placed. please see 'How do I track my order?' below.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive a Dispatch email containing your tracking number as well as email notifications directly from the carrier updating you on the progress of your order. If you wish to track the progress click HERE for Australia Post OR HERE for STARTRACK and enter in the tracking number provided.

Please allow up to 24 hours before the tracking number is activated and assigned to your order.

WHAT FORMS OF DELIVERY DOES JAG ONLINE OFFER?

We offer Standard Delivery and Express Delivery (within Metro areas). For Standard Delivery, the carrier will aim to deliver between 3-7 business days after your order has been placed. This may take a little longer if you live in a rural area or Western Australia or during peak trading times. For Express Delivery, the carrier will aim to deliver within 1-3 business days after your order has been placed.

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?

Standard delivery is $9 flat rate for all orders under $100. For orders over $100, Standard delivery is free. Express Delivery (within Metro areas) is a $15 flat rate for all orders.

DOES JAG SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we certainly do.

  • Orders will arrive between 7 and 14 working days after being placed.
  • Orders below $200 to New Zealand cost a flat rate of $25.
  • Orders above $200 to New Zealand qualify for free delivery.
  • International orders cost a flat rate of $40.
  • All international orders are exempt from Australian GST (10%); however they may incur taxes and duties applied by customs in the country where the order is delivered. Any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.

DO I NEED TO BE HOME FOR MY DELIVERY?

Yes, as a signature is required on delivery, please provide a physical address (no PO Boxes) where you or someone else will be available to sign for your parcel.

If no one is available to sign for the parcel, an 'attempted delivery' card will be left at the address with further instructions including which post office or Depot you can pick up your parcel from.

HELP! MY ITEMS SEEM TO HAVE BEEN LOST IN TRANSIT

The carrier will aim to deliver between 3-5 business days after your order has been placed. This may take a little longer if you live in a rural area or Western Australia or during peak trading times.

If you have waited over 5 business days please contact us through our online form by choosing the option 'I have not received my order' and provide some detail inlcuding your order number and they we immediately lodge an investigation for you and provide you further detail.

If the carrier cannot locate your order and they have confirmed the order is 'lost', contact us through our online form by choosing the option 'I have not received my order'

I'VE RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM?

Firstly, we are so sorry! Please contact us through our online form by choosing the option 'I received the wrong item/missing item' and we will be in touch to rectify the issue.

I HAVE ONLY RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER?

Not to worry, check your Confirmation email, on occasions we may source items from another location in order to avoid disappointment, when this happens you will receive a confirmation email for each part of the order as your order will be delivered to you in separate parcels. In this case, within 24 to 48 hours, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email each time an item is on its way to you.

In the unlikely event we are unable to provide an item, you will receive a separate email from us advising you of this and a full refund will be provided.

CAN YOU DELIVER TO MY WORK ADDRESS?

Absolutely! Please ensure that you provide a physical street address when completing your shipping details, this may be a work address and in this instance you must include the business name and what level the business is on if applicable

DO YOU DELIVER TO PO BOX ADDRESSES?

As we require a signature, we are unable to deliver to PO boxes. Please ensure that you provide a physical street address when completing your shipping details.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

You will receive a Dispatch email notifying you that your order has been packed and shipped. You'll also receive a consignment number to track your order. If you have ordered a physical Gift Card only, you will receive an email from us called 'Shipping Confirmation' letting you know that your Gift Card is on its way.
